The ground floor is adorned with decorative moldings, kitchen cabinets up to the ceiling, and a wall-mounted air conditioner.

Upstairs, you will find the 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a double closet, as well as the bathroom, which was revamped around 2016. In the basement, you will find a fully finished environment. Two additional bedrooms, the washer-dryer installation, and a small boudoir corner.
