Currently, the upper floor offers you two bedrooms. According to your needs, it would be quite easy to add a division in one of them to make three. However, with the current configuration, the master bedroom is huge and has a walk-in closet. Also on the 2nd floor is the bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. In the stairwell, there is a 12,000 BTU air conditioner installed in 2018.

Heading to the basement, you will pass the side door, which is very practical for daily life. The basement is completely finished and well divided. A large family room, a bedroom, and a laundry-workshop room. The family room currently serves as a home theater: three walls and the ceiling have been soundproofed.
