We appreciated that all the windows in the house are recent, having been replaced about 9 years ago. One of the highlights of the ground floor is the extension. It will be your pièce de résistance, whether for a veranda, a reading corner, or even the children's or grandchildren's playroom. Still on the main floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate laundry room. Basement Over the years, the owners have chosen to create a basement apartment. This has never been declared to the city. Therefore, we have no compliance or guarantee of permission. The entire basement is accessible only by a staircase in the garage, requiring you to pass through the exterior and use the pedestrian door located at the back of the garage. Depending on your needs, there is potential for three bedrooms. One of them is very small but can serve well for a young child. Otherwise, use it as a storage room or a small office.
