Upon arrival, you have an overview of the main space of the house. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are open-concept. We liked the landing that separates the living room. It offers a well-defined space and a cathedral ceiling, without losing contact with the other rooms of the house.

The two bedrooms on the main level are of good size and offer closets. They are located at the far left of the house. Between the bedrooms and the main space is the bathroom. It is original and will probably need some updates in the coming years to adequately meet your family's needs.

As for the basement, a large part was redone during the purchase. You will find two bedrooms there. The other section, which is on the concrete floor, can serve as a workshop. This room also gives access to a storage space located under the living room on the ground floor, very convenient for seasonal items! The washer-dryer installations are easily accessible directly in front of the staircase descent from the ground floor.

A wood stove is located in the basement, but it has never been used since the purchase.

A 10,550 sq. ft. lot offering maximum space! In the front, you can park several cars, and the U-shaped driveway offers good convenience. At the back, you have superb privacy with several mature trees, cedar hedges, a balcony, and a shed.
